PATNA: As the Congress failed to respond to RJD chief's offer of 11 seats by the deadline of 3pm, Lalu Prasad took a tough stand on Sunday and asked his party leaders and workers to make preparations to contest the ensuing Lok Sabha polls from all 40 seats in Bihar."Having an alliance is neither our compulsion nor weakness.
